The aromatic fruits of this variety from Russia grow to around 6-10 cm in size, are burst-resistant and have an elongated shape. The Russian oxheart is sweet and fruity and is ideal for salads or on bread, but also ideal for soups or sauces thanks to its firmness when cut. The plant grows to a height of approx. 1.50-2m.
